October is Michigan Library Appreciation Month.

Stop in to show your appreciation by checking out the collection at the library, get a library card (if you don't have one) or just to let the Librarians know how much you appreciate what they do.

Just what do they do? They plan programming for the community such as author visits and story hours. They help you find just the right book to read. They are a smiling face when you enter the building. There are many more things they do too!

You can also show your appreciation by making a donation to the library to help with these programs and events. Our endowment fund is still growing and the Benefactor's Bookshelf has plenty of room for more bookspines. Ask a Librarian!
