Meet Maeve Green- Children's Librarian

Meet Maeve Green, our new Children's Librarian. Maeve is the daughter of Islanders Kitty and Mike Green and was raised on the Island. She earned her teaching certificate and then taught at the Beaver Island Community School. She became a STEM consultant and now returns to Beaver Island with her partner and her young son. She will fill the role that Samantha Bontrager held. Sam and her partner are moving off island to pursue other dreams! We wish her the best!
